CF Jacked

About Us
At CrossFit Jacked our mission is to improve the overall quality and longevity of life of every person we work with through movement and personal interaction. We understand the key to achieving this goal is well crafted workouts and world class trainers that are able to meet you where you are at! As such, there is no “not fit enough,” there is only where you’re at and where you are going.

We achieve this through daily implementation of our charter - Mechanics, Consistency, and Intensity. That means we are continually refining how well you can perform each movement, assessing how well you can do that at different speeds and loads, and always giving you the right amount of intensity based on where you are mentally and physically each training. With this philosophy we’re making sure you get the results you both want and need! We take it seriously enough to wear it everyday in our logo!

KID AND DOG FRIENDLY
We at CrossFit Jacked believe in having the whole family in! That includes children and dogs. We are a community of dog lovers and families that want to make sure everyone has the chance to train. There is a dedicated family hour in which workouts can more often be modified to fit the needs of parents. However, kids and dogs are welcome at every class! Dog blankets and water bowls are always available. We also understand it may take time to introduce your little one or your furry one to the space and the community. We are here to help you through that so you can make time to train!
