We are first and foremost a CrossFit Box. As such our primary offering are CrossFit group classes. However, we do offer a variety of specialty classes and private, corporate, and event classes.

WHAT DOES THAT ACTUALLY MEAN? CONSTANTLY VARIED Every CrossFit workout is different to keep your body — and mind — challenged. By mindfully switching workout combinations up daily you will improve across all physical areas, build well-rounded strength, avoid plateaus, and avoid boredom. This approach better prepares you for whatever you may encounter, so you’re not just good in the gym but crushing your time outside of training! FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENTS CrossFit is built on functional movements — exercises that utilize the same movement patterns we need to go through life like lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, or carrying. These are movements your body was made to do. Being able to do them well will help you build strength and coordination that translates beyond the gym and into everyday life. PERFORMED AT HIGH INTENSITY CrossFit is performed at high intensity because that’s where progress happens. By pushing yourself (safely and at your own level under the guidance of our staff) you will see results! You will experience things such as 1) improvements in metabolism, endurance, and/or strength 2) reduction of pain in everyday life and 3) changes to your physique. Worried about what pushing yourself means? Good news, intensity is relative! So, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, you’ll be pushed to your proper intensity of what mentally and physically fits each training.

GROUP CLASSESS

Work is best when it is shared, which is why we primarily have group classes - enjoy training with others in groups of up to 15 people! Classes are suitable for all fitness levels and always administered under the guidance of our world class coaches. Warm up, technique, and cool down are a part of each session - so, if you have less experience and are feeling a little nervous, no worries we’ve got you covered!

CONDITIONING

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning training program based on the philosophy of constantly varied, functional movements, performed at high intensity. It means you get exposure to both classic types of training and combinations of different training elements. Every exercise and workout can be adjusted according to fitness level, age, and health, allowing everyone to participate in the training.

Yes, this will be the class where you will always sweat. Conditioning classes are dedicated work on the skills sets that facilitate energy expenditure. You will enjoy being pushed to do more work over longer periods of time and help improve your cardio vascular system.

STRENGTH

In our strength classes we help you get strong! You will learn to how to exert force, overcome resistance, gain stability, and improve mobility to better move both your own weight and the weight of external objects.

KETTLEBELL

WEIGHTLIFTING

Our favorite description of a kettlebell is “a cannon ball with a handle.” In our kettlebell sessions you will enjoy a variety of training styles, but use the kettlebell as your primary weighted object. It is a great class to learn how to swing, push, pull, and catch weight in single arm and double arm situations.

Clean, Snatch, and Jerk! Our weightlifting classes focus specifically on Olympic weightlifting. In these sessions you dive into specific work on improving 3 lifts: the clean, the jerk, and the snatch. Improving these lifts will also create benefits to your mobility, active ranges of motion, power, speed, and balance.

EVENTS

We offer a variety of public events. Fan favorites include our Nerf Gun Biathlon, Bring Your Friend WODS, ice bath cool downs, brunch, and subject specific mini seminars. Mini seminars are a great way to enjoy more dedicated time building towards more advanced skills. We host events like this and more regularly!

TRAINING

Work 1-on-1 with one of our world class instructors. Enjoy having a customized workout plan just for you. These sessions are great if you do not like working with groups, want to have more dedicated time to address a specific goal, or would like to workout outside of traditional class times.

Enjoy private classes for you and up to 10 of your friends! Pick the class time you want and the groups of people you would like to enjoy training with and enjoy having personalized workouts with our world class staff!

We at CrossFit Jacked believe in having the whole family in! We have a dedicated family hour in which workouts are more often modified to fit the needs of parents and children. However, kids are welcome at every hour. We, also, understand it may take time for your child/children to warm up to the environment, that’s ok! Everyone should have the chance to train.

We are a community of dog lovers and for us the term family includes pets. Dogs are welcome at every class! Dog blankets and water bowls are always available. We also understand it may take time to introduce your furry one to the space and the community. We are here to help you through that so you can make time to train!
