GROUP CLASSES

Work is best when it is shared - enjoy training with others in groups of up to 15 people! Classes are suitable for all fitness levels and always administered under the guidance of our world class coaches. Warm-up, technique, and cool down are a part of each session - so, if you have less experience and are feeling a little nervous, no worries we’ve got you covered!

CROSSFIT

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning training program based on the philosophy of constantly varied, functional movements,  performed at high intensity. It means you get exposure to both classic types of training and combinations of different training elements.  Every exercise and workout can be adjusted according to fitness level, age, and health, allowing everyone to participate in the training.

FUNDAMENTALS

Our fundamental courses focus on teaching and refining core movements from which all other movements build off of. Great for beginners to develop confidence and competence and also great for advanced athletes to be sure their base is solid.

CONDITIONING

Conditioning classes are dedicated work on the skills sets that facilitate energy expenditure. You will enjoy being pushed to do more work over longer periods of time and help improve your cardiovascular system. Yes, this will be the class where you will always sweat.

WEIGHTLIFTING

​Our weightlifting classes focus specifically on Olympic weightlifting. In these sessions you dive into specific work on improving 3 lifts: the clean, the jerk, and the snatch. Improving these lifts will also create benefits to your mobility, active ranges of motion, power, speed, and balance.

KETTLEBELL

In our kettlebell sessions you will enjoy a variety of training styles, but use the kettlebell as your primary weighted object. Our favorite description of a kettle bell is “a cannon ball with a handle.” It is a great class to learn how to swing, push, pull, and catch weight in single arm and double arm situations.

GYMNASTICS/STRENGTH

Coming soon will be gymnastics and strength classes! These classes work on the core competencies of how well we control our own body and how well does our body control external loading. Both classes increase how proud you are of what your body can do!

PERSONAL TRAINING

Work 1-on-1 with one of our world class instructors. Enjoy having a customized workout plan just for you. These sessions are great if you do not like working with groups, want to address a specific goal that is not coming along in group classes, or would like to workout outside of traditional class times. Possible to have a private lesson up to 10 of your closest friends.
